Professional Fee:

8% (excl VAT), calculated as a percentage of rental and utilities collected, payable monthly for the term of the lease agreement.

Example:

Total monies collected for a month = R15,000

R15,000 x 8% = R1,200 (+15% VAT) = R1,380
