2022 has been an exciting year at FIRZT with us expanding our footprint and increasing our service offering to our customer base!

Since Covid, we have noted a massive semigration from Johannesburg to the Coastal regions of South Africa, specifically to Cape Town. To ensure we provide ongoing service to our clients we opened a branch in Blouberg on the Western Seaboard, with extended representation within the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and Hermanus. In saying this we will be expanding into alternate areas within this region in the future.

In addition to the above, we opened a branch in Fourways, opposite the Monte Casino covering Fourways and surrounds extending our brand into the North-West region.

We have recently partnered with Protea Property Managers and expanded our portfolio to include property and rental management of both Commercial and Residential properties. The product offerings supplied are as follows:

• Sectional Title Management
• Owners Association Management
• Rental Management
• Payroll

As we grow our brand across South Africa, we are confident we have partnered with the right partners to assist you with your property or rental management requirements.

We have implemented innovative marketing initiatives across various social media platforms to ensure our sellers receive maximum reach in terms of promoting their properties and attracting buyers and or tenants.

Both personal and professional development remain a focus area within our business, we have partnered with a formal training academy to assist our growing team to achieve the best possible results for both themselves and our customers!

Due to high demand from non-resident clientele, we are looking at international opportunities and look forward to taking the FIRZT brand cross border in the future!

In the ever-changing world of technology, we strive to remain at the top of our game and have implemented various new initiatives to maximise showcasing our portfolio.
