Firzt strengthens local ties by supporting Northcliff schools

The Firzt Realty group, which recently opened a new West Rand office, is proud to announce its latest community action initiative, providing support to the Northcliff High and Northwest Christian schools.

“This alliance demonstrates our focus on fostering education and community development and we have made a long-term commitment to put both financial and personal resources into enhancing both schools’ grounds and facilities and to support their extracurricular and fund-raising activities,” says Firzt MD Stephen Whitcombe.

"We believe that investing in education is investing in the future, and backing these two schools gives us the opportunity to make a direct contribution to the wellbeing of a community we serve, while also fostering relationships with parents who may need guidance in navigating the local property market. It’s a mutually beneficial initiative.”

By actively engaging with parents, teachers and learners, Firzt Realty will better understand the real estate needs of families in the Northcliff area, whether they are looking to move there to fall into the high school’s catchment area, upsize as their families grow, or find new homes to align with their evolving lifestyles, says Quintin Kapp, who heads up the Firzt Realty West Rand team.

“For us, what we are doing with these schools to improve their grounds and buildings aligns with the Firzt vision of being community-focused and results-driven, and it will also put us in a position to showcase the Northcliff area to an interested audience as a really great place to live - with excellent educational facilities, a family-friendly environment and a wide range of real estate options.”

The schools, in turn, are gaining much-needed resources to create enriching learning environments, enabling learners to thrive academically and socially, says Ian Wright, head of marketing for both schools.

“Northcliff High is a premier government high school whose learners excel in both academics and sports, and we are proud to be associated with a quality agency group that provides excellent service and will offer our parent body access to top-class real estate in this very desirable area.

“And the Firzt initiative is particularly welcome at the Northwest Christian Primary

School, which is a non-profit organisation that has been around for 30 years. These  extra funds – and hands - to upgrade and expand the facilities will help the school meet many of its strategic goals as it continues to attract many young families hoping to send their children on to Northcliff High, which only has a limited number of Grade 8 places available each year.
